This shot was taken in Noblesville, IN during our out-of-town getaway. This fountain was one of the two focal points for Hamilton Town Center, an outdoor retail and entertainment hub.

About the title and this shot: I was setting up my tripod to take a snap of this fountain when a guard approached me and said "Sir, you cannot take a picture of the property!". I asked if I can do just this one and he replied without hesitation "NO". I said, Ok. Then I folded my tripod and put it in its case. As he turned around, I quickly framed this fountain and took a shot hand held. Take that you guard, you cannot stop a flickr addict...hahaha!
